2. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email or post) before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission or any other clear statement. If you request we begin services during the withdrawal period (e.g. delivery), you may lose your right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed with your prior agreement.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs from your choice of delivery other than standard), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to: goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery; or where you have waived the withdrawal right in accordance with applicable law. For such cases we will inform you before you place your order.

5. Faulty or non-conforming goods

If goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, you have rights under applicable consumer law (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund). Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with legal requirements.

6. Geographic scope

This refund policy applies to purchases made through this website. We primarily serve customers in the European Union and European Economic Area (EEA). Rights and procedures may differ for customers in other regions; where applicable, local consumer law applies. Our products are food supplements; we do not make medical claims or guarantees about outcomes.
